Well, if it is listed for what you paid, it is kind of a loss. they have been assessing Ranch houses high, because they are selling high. i asked if the sale of the land near you (the new houses) effected your price. But the land value was not adjusted, just total value. if you paid less than it is being assessed at, you may have an arjument. you could also just be very nice and they others may agree w me that it should be lowered. they seem to want to help people that are nice to them
