Message to Rockets - you have to waive (give up) one of your players to be replaced by someone that nobody else has. So you need to figure out who you won't use again and put that name out there along with the name and current bid of who you would like to add to your team.
 

Waivers are every week. You can pick up one new player each week as long as you also cut one player each week. Each owner has 100 points to bid for players as they wish, whoever is the high bidder at the end of the week will add that player to their roster, while removing the player they waived.
