To put that in perspective, in the late 90's prior to GWB as Chief of State, a barrel of oil sold for around $10 - $15.

That's like a 500 - 700% increase in the price of a barrel of oil.

I'm starting to believe the conspiracy theorists and their GWB is only in this to make his oil buddies rich.
