So I just saw this article (not really an article per se) about the worst No1 overall draft busts of all time and the Bills made the list twice, including the #1 spot.

7. LB Tom Cousineau, Buffalo, 1979 (Ohio State)

1. DE Walt Patulski, Buffalo, 1972 (Notre Dame)

Not only were they the worst team in football to get the #1 pick, they also couldn't even do anything with it
