here are the results from week 1

(i'm sure that there will be some controversy, but without further delay...)

The Sleepers overcome the loss of their starting QB (aarrrggghhh) to defeat the FFS by a score of 92.5 to 83

(Thankfully, Michael Turner decided to run wild in Atlanta and came up with a big 34.5. I'm hoping for that type of performance every week. hopefully, Matt Schaub will not get the sleepers negative points in week 2. FFS had a strong showing, but the Brady injury slowed down Wes Welker and the cowbys are too potent getting TDs and not FGs for nick Folk)

The Decpticons opened up a can of whopass on Slackass (I just got to say a$$ twice, now thrice) by the score of 105 to 72

(Slackass tried to ride the strong showing of the Bills Defense to victory, but Willis let another team down. seems to be his MO. The Decepticons had a solid performance out of all their players except L Coles in New York. As long as Al Gore and LT continue to shine, the decepticons will have a very fomidible running attack)

The Super Beetles hang on to sweet victory by their fingernails in the proverbial nailbitter by the score of 75 to 72 over BSOD

(Adrian Peterson did his best to outshine ryan Grant in MNF to give the come from behind victory to the Super Beetles. Tory holt let BSOD down with a .5 performance and with Willie Parker on the bench, this one has to hurt)

the meanweenbeans once again draw the horseshoe card achieving victory over the Great Apes 64.5 to 48

(The Great Apes were let down be the Natti connection of Palmer to Ocho-cinco, which combined for a miserly 2.5. That pair had better perfom if the Great Apes are to make a strong showing in week 2. And what happened to the dominant minnisota defense. they came in with a big 0 on the scorecard.)
