Plan accordingly. Hit the waiver wire if need be or make a blockbuster trade (Breese for Owens?)

so is anyone really going to watch the debate tonight?

You never know...I may need a good laugh.

Sleepers, BSOD always talks about trading you for Michael Turner, he just has not had any time to get a hold of you. He is willing to trade one of his qb's though.

yes, i'm definitly willing to trade one of them for turner. your pick.

GO BSOD!!!!!

wow Turner? You drive a hard bargin, but I do have to consider that after four weeks I have 12 points total out of my QB position.

Stupid Tom Brady and his inferior knee ligaments, snapping like driftwood.

I'll let you know.

the debates are garbage.

If you don't have your mind made up yet, what are you waiting for?

As for Vice Presidential debates, they are garbage squared.

As far as the humor part of it, it may be interesting to see who is the least capable one of the three involved. I'm sure Joe Biden is going to say something dumb as is his mo, Palin is still a wildcard and Gwen Ifil is typically goofy and I'm sure she will be even moreso this evening.

and really, do I have to listen to Democrats who say Palin is not capable, when Biden twice ran for the nomination and didn't make it beyond New Hampshire/Iowa?

If he is so qualified, how come Democrats did not nominate him for President?

Goofiest election ever may be an understatement on this one. Although, I'm sure 2012 will be even further beyond comprehension

Brendan's random act of deliciousness - i was walking to pick up some documents downtown when i passed a street meat vendor. i stopped for a polish sausage with kraut, but the dude was out. i was going to just grab a dog or something when the dude tells me his special today is a reuben. you know i ate that reuben. unexpected reubens, midday are pretty sweet.

mmmmmmmmmm......unexpected rueben

garbage squared is awesome!

Unexpected reubens are so Frozen Sholder

it was totally frozen shoulder.

or minimally, cured beef.

I was planning on watching the debate for the humor of it - but I don't know for how long I can take the Governor's voice! I like Gwen Ifel (sp). I am hoping for a good laugh. -- Especially after seeing excerpts of the Katie Couric interview. Go David Letterman!

Now anon sound like all of those right wing nuts that used to diss Hilary for no particular reason.

I guess that ideology trumps civility

Not that it will make too much of a difference as to who gets elected, they all want to continue to give handouts to failing businesses.

How about a $700 billion rescue for our education system?

that way, maybe we can educate people and they would be smarter than taking out rediculus loans for houses that they can't afford

$700 billion for an investment banking system that has already written down over $600 billion in losses?

Do they not realize that this will just prop up the problem and make everything seem ok for a few years and then, wham same issues all over again, but the tax payers are on the hook for $700 billion?

Just let it work itself out. Or would Paulson's golfing buddies not like that?

are the Democrats and Republicans even that far apart on any issues? It would seem so with all of the partisan bickering, but when all is said and done, they both just continue to enlarge government and give breaks to the businessmen who support them.

and the issue of underfunded pension plans (not to mention social security and medicare) will dwarf this banking problem if not addressed in any meaningful fashion in the next few years.

there will be much better ways to use $700 billion then to cover over the ineptitude of investment bankers, who I'm sure all have enough of their own money to keep themselves comfortable for the long haul with or without a bailout.

Yo Bitches;
It has become apparent that my partners are inept at taking care of our free agency moves, so without further adieu the Mean Bean Weans
are dropping Vince Young, and picking up the J.T., J.P., J.R. kid from Frisco (there QB) at nomial bid of 5.

MWB - Ye can't have him! I already have him!

It is not going to happen today my folks. Happy Friday!

i hope all is well. happy friday!!

well, i will keep plugging away at this one then.

I can plug with you too. No Sleepers today either - he is at a conference.

I never thought there would be this many troublemakers at the SB's school. The new job as disciplinarian seems to keep her very busy. Troublemaking high school girls.

i hope that the SBs are not caught up in meeting like that on a friday. that would be most non-triumphant.

hope the sleepers have fun at the conference. new catalouging tecniques and such.
