Math = Black Magic.

How else can you explain Rubics Cube?

Comments:
I'm in a holding pattern

Did I ever tell you I'm stupid?

It's right in front of you.

That's excellent.

gerbils could do a better job

Those were just the last five statements heard in this office.

Now you try!

That's Awesome!!

Ahh, the office, a place like no other.

and I'm pretty sure that gerbils could do a better job

and seeing as this place is as vacant as downtown Buffalo on a Sunday, I have nothing to contribute

It's times like this that I wish that I had replenished my snack drawer.

I'll be forced to get a bag of popcorn

the lunch progrram here today is serving game hens. like, whole ones.

i just chased someone around with one clucking like a chicken.

now that is what i call an office!

So at what point (and I know that the answer is never) does the government admit its fault in the whole auto manufacturer mess?

They want to blame the executives of the companies for doing what corporate executives do, make money for shareholders. They want to blame workers for being greedy and driving large contracts, etc

At what point do they look at this objectively and accept the fact that regulation of the industry through CAFE standards brought this about. (That and the fact the the country does not have a national pension and GM is saddled with retirement costs)

If there was no CAFE regulation, the US manufacturers would not have had to build and sell at a loss small cars that Americans did not want to begin with? Had they been able to focus on there strengths, like all successful business do, they would be sitting pretty right now, not having to manufactur and sell cars that no one wanted.

And somehow, the answer is more regulation?

Seriously folks. I wanted to hear the next five statements made in your office.

Like I said.

It is like a desert wasteland in here today and the only sound that I hear is the blood coursing through my viens

I wish I had something to add to the list

apparently, the library (ok, not a library, but actually a large closet)is not where people want to be today

perhaps on Friday when I am back in a more office style workplace I will have something to offer
